Kim is a true North Shore insider. She was born and raised in Beverly and her love for the area runs deep. As a global real estate advisor, licensed appraiser and REALTOR®, she guides her clients through the exhilarating process of buying and selling their homes or investment properties with expert analysis and evaluation. Kim works enthusiastically to negotiate terms of sale, price competitively, and bring each client's dreams to life.

Before real estate, Kim spent twenty-three successful years with the Ninety Nine Restaurants, building and leading management teams throughout New England. In 2014, she relocated back to the North Shore & realized that the skills she honed in that position – hard work, building trust and relationships, negotiating with integrity, attention to detail, and determination – translated perfectly to the work she loves here at Engel & Völkers.  

Kim is thrilled to call Gloucester home, where she and her partner Charlie enjoy life on the Annisquam River. They have both been passionate supporters of Dana Farber Cancer Institute since joining a team of friends and peers in 2007, fundraising and running the Falmouth Road Race. Kim loves being on and near the water, traveling, cooking, visiting favorite local restaurants and playing golf at the Rockport Golf Club.
